Bruno proves that it is not about ratings, or winning movie awards. As long as you come out on top by crushing the movie competition as he did on opening night with a take of $14.2 million, that’s all it matters. The movie has shock value and will probably continue its viral spread once desk jockeys get back to the office on Monday.

Movie goers who may be offended by Bruno and his gay antics will happily pay the price of admission similar to UFC fans who booed Brock Lesner still payed to see him make the obligatory middle finger salute. Let’s be frank, Bruno the Movie is not for pony watchers.
